If you want to directly help owls and other wild creatures get the care they need, please give money to your local rehabilitation clinic. They will benefit from your $$ far more than this website. Wildlife sanctuaries run almost exclusively on the financial support of people like you, often with no government assistance.

Each story on this site includes (where possible) a link to donate to the relevant facility. There is no obligation of course, so please only donate if it is within your financial means.

Still searching for a good recipient of funds? Two places worth your consideration are BirdCare Aotearoa and Forest and Bird. These are organisations based in New Zealand that do a tremendous amount of good for NZ avian wildlife (and other critters too).
